- Hotel is so so. Lots of black ants in the room, the shower gets everything wet in the bathroom including your toilet paper, beware. The AC barely cools the room, so it's hot until 2 am...the pool is tiny. Other than that, the hotel has a great location.

Few staff were rude,especially the reception lady and the lady who was in the duty of mastering the breakfast. Hotel provided hot water kettle without any tea coffee sachet in the room,.Felt like we stayed in a hostel with rules bumping us now and then. And the meanest thing we felt is they were racist towards indian which I did not face any of the other 2 hotels we booked in Thailand. For me its a big thumbs down hotel for our next trip to Thailand.

WALK IN DISTANCE PATONG BEACH 10 - 15 MINUTES AND OPPOSITE HAVE GROCERIES SHOP AND 7ELEVEN EASY TO BIY FOOD AND DRINKS
Swimming pool bit small can fit 5-6 person and lift only 4 people allowed
The location was convenient for me.A quick one night stop over.Breakfast is OK.
Building work next door.Driving piles into ground, so lots of noise during the day. Topfloor might not suit anyone lacking mobility. No hot water in sink.

Location was great.But a big big shout out to the staff POP..WIM...NOMG...BUT TOY stood out always there smiling answer any my questions every time I left hotel ready grab my hotel key and on my return before I even got to desk she would greet me with my key I could not ask for better service they are deffentaly an asert to your company..I will b back and would reckonment to my friends that's the place to stay ..once again I will rember my stay there for awhile to come the staff ♡♡♡♡

Location made it easy to walk with a disability to many places close to the Hotel.

Bed very hard, had to change rooms due to a power issue and the second room had a bad oder. This hotel is however very good for the price and the staff were very helpful in sorting it out.
Place was quiet, tidy, clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Esp when I had a difficult guest issue. Easy parking for a bike outside.
View wasnt great. But i didnt pay for a view. Otherwise nothing... staff were really cool. Highly recommend.

Good hotel got everything you’ll need and staff lovely helped us booking an extra night and letting us stay in the same room , pool is nice but only gets the sun in the afternoon time, about a 16 minute walk to patong beach

Professionally managed. Ultra clean. Complimentary water daily. The beds were comfortable. Interesting decor. Staff were very helpful. The swimming pool is compact but very enjoyable. We stayed on the 4th floor for 7 days.
Walking along the street is dangerous, and there is no dedicated pathway on the hotel street.
